The hotel was unbelievable and clean, had GOOD views of the Imperial Palace gardens. The room was luxurious and it had a shower, hair dryers and a bidet, that's cool. Beautiful decor and bed was exceptionally comfortable.

A breakfast worth waking up for
Woke up to a fine view of the Imperial Palace and enjoyed a good breakfast that turned my mornings into moments of indulgence. The staff was attentive.
The parking situation was limited, leading to some inconvenience during peak hours. I had to walk a bit further than expected.

Enjoyed Tokyo, the hotel was luxury and good standard in that neighbourhood which is a great diversion from the congestion in Tokyo. The room was stocked with drinks and great park, for example, I felt comfortable there. The location was stunning for walking around Masakado Kubizuka. The food in the casual restaurant was outstanding and lovely. All the services were attentive.

The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the gardens. The business center was also very useful for my meetings, providing the necessary equipment.

Super close to the Ginza shopping area and Akihabara electric town. The hotel features spacious balconies and fantastic views. The staff was friendly and the food options were varied and delicious. Definitely recommend the club lounge afternoon tea!

Amazing service and spa!
Spent one night here and was blown away! The staff is super helpful, especially the reception manageress. The in-room breakfast was a delight, such a cool presentation! The Evian Spa is great with fantastic therapists. Only hiccup was the pool was a bit crowded when we wanted to take a dip.
